The first floor is built of cut natural stone bound by lime-cement solution. The angles are fastened by vertical reinforced concrete belts. The second floor structure is of timber. The structures between the floors and roof follow the survived authentic wooden structures. The external walls of the first storey are of stone with lime-cement masonry and extend the foundations upwards. Their joints are treated with moisture resistant solution. The partition walls are made of standard fourfold ceramic bricks laid on the narrow side. The internal walls are plastered with lime-cement, coated with gypsum material and covered with latex. External and partition walls on the second floor and made of bricks. The window sills are wooden processed with solutions making it possible to see the texture of the wood material. The four-slope roof is supplied with external drains. The drain pipes are made of zinc covered sheet iron. The roof is covered with ceramic tiles. The front board and visible parts of the beams are following the traditional practice of the past.
