A reservation fee
will be required of 1,000 Euros. Once the developer receive this, the
apartment will be taken off the market for 14 days. The
reservation fee is non- refundable should the buyer choose
not go ahead with the purchase.
The purchase contract will be drawn up and sent to the buyer
within the initial 14 day reservation period. Once he/she have
received this he/she will then have a further 14 days to sign
and return the contract with the first 10% instalment (less
reservation fee).
At this stage, buyers have the choice of 2 payment plan
Options. The
second option entitles the buyer to a 7% discount on the
purchase price.

There will be a 10 euro per m2 property management and
security fee, which covers all common and shared parts of
