In every apartment you have air-conditioning, fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances, direct dial telephone, and satellite TV.
Clients may reserve specific apartments, meaning the developers will take it off the market for up to four weeks. The cost of the additional reservation is GBP 670 (approx. Euro 1,000), which is deducted from the purchase price. The reservation fee is non-refundable if you decide against buying.
