The holiday complex BARCO-PAMPOROVO is situated in the north part of complex Pamporovo, quadrant 7 right behind hotel BOR and hotel ARFA , with area from 1967 m2. The terrain is placed 300m from the main hotels in the resort - MURGAVETS, SNEJANKA and PERELIK. The building is a complex of several constructions with different height, following the gradient and the configuration of the terrain The main automobile way and walkway is from south-east. On level 2 basement from south, where the floor goes out on the terrain, are organized the entrances to the building with the flats, to the swimming pool and the fitness center, and to the underground parking. On this level are situated also a store and a pastry shop with a view to the pool.
From the main entrance of the building you reach the entrance hall with 2 elevators and a staircase they accomplish the communication between the floors in the building. Right next to the entrance is situated the doorkeeper/security, who attend the sport complex and the ski wardrobe. The sport complex includes fitness center, locker rooms, sauna, steam bath / hamam /, massage and swimming pool. The sport complex can be used also by outside customers. The underground parking has 12 parking places.
On the level above the main entrance is situated a restaurant with 50 places, which can be reached by a covered staircase. The basic supplyment of the restaurant is from the opposite north part of the building and is digged in the ground. On the same level in south and south west direction are situated 7 apartments: 1 of the apartments includes a living room with kitchenette and dinning room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace; the other 6 apartments include living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace. The apartments are situated in western direction are going out on the terrain above the fitness center.
The ground floor of the building goes out on the terrain in eastern direction and it is one floor over the terrain in western direction and two floors over the terrain in southern direction, because of the complicated as configuration sheer terrain. On the ground floor are 13 apartments. 1 of the apartments includes a living room with kitchenette and dinning room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace; the other 12 apartments include living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace. The apartments are situated in direction south, east and west.
The 1. and the 2. floor have the same disposition as the ground floor. On 3. floor there is one south-west wing less and the apartments are 9- each includes living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace.
On the 4. floor falls away one northern wing and the apartments situated there are 5 each includes - each includes living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace.
On the last 5. floor are situated 3 apartments each each includes - each includes living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace.

The outside look of the complex is most consistent with the complicated and sheer terrain, with the nature and climate conditions in the winter resort, where it is situated and follows the traditional forms and materials of the old Bulgarian architecture, recreated in one modern way.
