Inspection Trips Form

A property inspection trip is a 4 days (3 nights) trip to view properties and to become familiar with the area in which you are looking to purchase. You would arrive and be met by our representative at the airport, who will take you to our local hotel/flat accommodation. In the next two days would involve viewing property that suits your requirements, leaving you free for the evenings to enjoy the local way of life. To book a property inspection trip you don’t need to know which properties you want to view- all you need to do: you give our staff an idea of your budget and what type of property you are looking for and we can suggest properties that would suit you. In 95% of these trips, our clients have usually found their perfect Bulgarian property.

The clients are driven back to the airport for their flight home.

The price of inspection trips is 300 € pp or 550 € per two persons.

The money have to be paid on your arrival in cash (€/BGN).
